nvip Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the nvip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nvip ("nvip", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the nvip online gaming platform accessible at nvip.app and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through nvip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's nvip wallet, including both real money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by nvip to a Player.
• "Games" means all casino games, bingo titles, live dealer games, slot games, and any other gaming products available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by nvip to verify a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the nvip website at nvip.app and all associated services, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.

Access to and use of the nvip Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. nvip strictly prohibits access by minors in compliance with PAGCOR's age restriction requirements for online casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of access and gameplay.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any lists maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of nvip, nor a close relative of any such person.
• You must be accessing the Platform using your own personal device and account, not on behalf of any third party.

To access the full range of features on the nvip Platform, you must create a registered account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the nvip Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nvip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 KYC Verification

nvip conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID), a selfie photograph, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.4 Account Currency

All nvip accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. nvip does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion on the Platform.

nvip accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are credited to the Player's nvip wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the Player's account status. Players may set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the nvip wallet in real time. Deposits via bank transfer channels including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institution. nvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.3 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. nvip reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Players may withdraw available real-money funds from their nvip wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya accounts are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes following verification.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• nvip reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing timeline.

nvip reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, account abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, nvip will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.

nvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each individual promotion. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — please refer to the specific promotion terms for a full breakdown.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Duplicate accounts, use of VPN services, or other attempts to circumvent eligibility requirements will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension. nvip reserves the right to verify Player eligibility before crediting any bonus.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

7.4 Amendments and Withdrawal of Promotions

nvip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has opted in, the Player's existing bonus balance will be honoured under the original terms where practicable.

All games available on the nvip Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each individual game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay terms also apply:

• All game outcomes for RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generation systems that have been independently audited for fairness.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the physical game taking place. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, nvip's records will constitute the definitive account of the game state at the time of disconnection.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, nvip reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to Players. No winnings shall be payable in respect of a malfunctioned game round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary depending on the game, table, and the Player's account status.
• nvip reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a system error, a display error, or an incorrectly stated odds or payout ratio.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nvip account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nvip will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or phone.

You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including selecting a strong and unique password, enabling two-factor authentication, and logging out of your account after each session — particularly when using a shared or public device.

You must notify nvip's support team immediately upon becoming aware of, or having reasonable suspicion of, any unauthorised access to or use of your nvip account. nvip will investigate all such reports and take appropriate action; however, nvip shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials or has acted negligently.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nvip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in games for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to obscure your true location or circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using another Player's credentials or on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that nvip, acting reasonably, determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward nvip staff or other Players.

nvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set time reminders that notify you of how long you have been actively playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the nvip Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

All content available on the nvip Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of nvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of nvip's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nvip, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

nvip's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit nvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by nvip's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

nvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where nvip determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Continued operation of the account would expose nvip to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A competent authority or regulatory body directs nvip to close the account.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where the account is terminated due to a breach, nvip reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the nvip support team.

nvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nvip will notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the nvip Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nvip Platform.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. A Player wishing to raise a dispute should first contact nvip's customer support team in writing, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought. nvip will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
